RETURN POLICY

All Artwork:

We stand behind every piece of art we create. Because each item is “made to order” specifically for you, we don’t offer traditional refunds. However, your happiness is our priority. If something isn’t right, please reach out at info@vastandvibrant.com.

We are happy to offer store credit for returns requested within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the piece back in its original condition, we’ll issue a credit so you can find something you truly love.

We offer a 24-hour grace period before we start work on your order. We are only able to cancel or make changes to an order within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. If you believe you’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@vastandvibrant.com.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@vastandvibrant.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair. Please include detailed photos of the damaged product and packaging.

SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to all contiguous US states. There is a flat $20 shipping surcharge for Hawaii and Alaska orders.
